Returns
We try our best to not make mistakes, but it can happen. If we sent you the wrong item (so sorry) your item is defective, broken upon delivery just let us know and we will replace it promptly. However we can not except returns of any personalized or custom orders or returns of items that have been worn by a human or furry friend. All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number (RAN) and with the original packaging. Sorry no exceptions- our warehouse will just ship it back to you.
