Wholesale Ordering Basics (Good to Know)

To keep things smooth and transparent for everyone, here’s how wholesale orders work:

• Wholesale orders are placed via purchase order (PO) after account approval

• Design confirmations are handled prior to production, typically via email

• Freight and shipping are billed separately unless otherwise agreed to in writing

• Changes to confirmed POs may be subject to administrative fees
