Thank you for visiting and shopping at Winey Bitches Co. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

 

Shipment processing time

 

All in stock orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Custom orders can take between 7-14 days depending on the item, quantity ordered and time of year. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

 

US Shipping rates & delivery estimates

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.​

 

 

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

 

 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

 

Winey Bitches Co ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories. We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

 

Winey Bitches Co is not responsible for any tarrifs, customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

 

Winey Bitches Co is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

 

We currently do not ship outside the U.S. at this time but check back as this may change.

 

Returns Policy

 

Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order below.

Return & Exchange Policy

Unworn and unwashed items are valid for return. Custom, personalized, customized or worn items are NOT valid for return. Refunds and / or exchanges* can be made within 15 days of purchase date. A return or exchange without a receipt and order number will be granted store credit in the amount of the item(s) most recent sale price. Returns/exchanges are processed within 3-5 business days from when we receive the original items. To ensure the prompt and efficient processing of your return, please complete the attached Return Form (at bottom of this posting), and include it with your returns shipment to the address below. Send to our warehouse address below. ALL RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RAN)- NO EXCEPTIONS- Please fill out the form below for your RAN number before shipping you item(s)
